The test probes are fantastic, reasonably priced, and are made from slinky, supple lead wires and have beautifully sharp tips. I placed my order online, and it came in 3-4 days. I had a question, so I called the customer support number, where I received prompt, friendly help and had all of my questions answered on the spot.

I love that you can choose to get straight safety banana plugs at no extra cost or effort. the curve at the end of the handle in photos is just a strain relief bend - the probes do not have a natural or fixed curve at the end the finger guards are not unwieldy at all - it was all my imagination As for the things that initially put me off: I ultimately got a set after yet another 5 star review, and I found that they are every bit as good as everyone says. I had been hearing for years how great Probe Master multimeter test leads were, but I never bought a set because in photos the finger guards looked bulky/unwieldy and photos always seem to have a curve at the end of the handle. Silicone leads are nice and soft not to mention heat resistant. Much better continuity than standard probes you get with most meters. Now that is grade "A" service considering that I was the one at fault! They shipped me a new pair with the correct banana plugs & included a pre-paid envelope to ship the wrong pair back and call it even. One time I ordered the wrong banana plugs & called to get them fixed. They are well worth the money! Have purchased multiple pairs of leads from them. These test leads increases your meter performance twice what other leads do, period. Great leads, thank you for selling such fine products!!
